Please ensure that all sections of the enrolment form are completed including providing a copy of your childs immunisation certificate and any medical information

July vacation care program
important notes
- The RBOOSH Vacation Care Program is extremely popular, with a number of non-Rose Bay PS children eager to attend.
- Booking priority will be given to existing RBOOSH students followed by other RBPS students, but please request bookings ASAP to avoid missing out as spots are limited.
- Bookings will open on Monday 10th June and close on Monday 24th June, unless booked out sooner.
- Bookings must be made via the XAP Guardian Portal no later than the specified closing date.
- Payments for Vacation Care will be processed as per the normal 2-week billing cycle used during term.
- All term accounts must be up to date, if your account is more than 30 days in arrears Vacation care bookings will not be approved.
- Cancellations can be made prior to the 1st July without incurring any charges or fees. If a booking is cancelled after the 1st July the full session fee will be charged

At RBOOSH, our Parent Management Committee (PMC) plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and ethos of our service. Comprising of dedicated and passionate volunteer parents and carers, the PMC collaborates closely with the Service Director to ensure the smooth operation of the service and foster an engaged RBOOSH community.

The meeting will take place in the RBOOSH main room, and for those unable to attend in person, a link will be provided for remote participation.
